Refund Policy

All Products and Services that are Not Gift Cards

Double Money Back Guarantee for Genuine, Factory-Sealed, Brand-New Items (For all goods and services, excluding Gift Cards)

We warrant that all the products here are totally brand new.  Not used, not refurbished, not opened.  You’ll be the first one to break the packaging straight from e.g. Apple.  We warrant that all our products are factory sealed, meaning that e.g. the plastic shrink rap, the plastic bags, the sticker covers, are in their original shape.  We warrant that all products are genuine, manufactured for sale in the US market by the advertised brand — for example, our Apple(TM) products are directly from Apple.com.

We are so confident of this that we’ll give you double your money back if the product we ship you doesn’t satisfy the paragraph above.  Simply email watermelonmarkets@gmail.com , specify that your product didn’t meet the requirements above, and we’ll give you twice your money back.

In order to qualify for this, you must email us within 48 hours of the item arriving to initiate the claim. You must return the faulty item to qualify for the above.  If we determine that the item you received was indeed genuine, factory sealed, and brand-new, then you will only get 1x your money back.

For gift cards, the version of the above that applies is that the gift card is guaranteed to contain redeemable funds for the claimed store, instead of gift card being factory-shrink-wrap-sealed.

We Guarantee Your 100% Satisfaction: Refund Policy

We’re confident that you’ll love the products we ship so much that we have a full refund policy.  Our refund policy is simple: if you’re not 100% happy with your product for any reason, simply email us at watermelonmarkets@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll initiate a return for you.

To be eligible for a return, you need to send all the parts of the product back.  To start a return, you can contact us at watermelonmarkets@gmail.com.  We’ll send you full instructions on how and where to send your package back; shipping costs are covered by us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You do not qualify for the above if we determine that for your case, we do not need to follow the above regulation due to either your or our location.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift Cards

Authentic Gift Card with Correct Balance Guarantee

We guarantee that your gift card has the balance claimed, at the brand claimed. If you find that your gift card does not contain the funds represented, at the brand represented, simply do not forward on your SafeEscrow amount, and lodge a claim with watermelonmarkets@gmail.com.

Please note that the above guarantee expires if you modify the card (see below) in any way after receipt. We strongly encourage you check the balance of the card with the official balance checker immediately after receiving the card, or at least within 24 hours. The “Brand Claim” guarantee ensures that the card is valid at at least one brand clearly identified by the store. It is your responsibility to ensure your local store (e.g. in another country, offline vs online) accepts the gift card.

First-Order 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If this is your first order and WaterMelonMarkets is the seller, we will guarantee your satisfaction with the gift card up to $100 total in face value of gift cards. This means that if you don’t like the card for any reason at all, we’ll give you a full refund back in exchange for returning the not-modified gift card.

Modification of Gift Cards

Gift cards are considered modified if the official balance checker (e.g. Apple.com) shows anything different about the card compared to when we delivered it, or if you have used the card or revealed the card’s information in anyway to any third party, including reselling networks like e.g. Paxful.
